POTSDAM -- Telescopes will be set up in Ives Park Nov. 8 at 4:30 p.m. to view the planet Venus.
Clarkson’s Reynolds Observatory and St. Lawrence University will provide telescopes for sky watchers to view Venus and the crescent moon. Views of Venus will be best at sunset.
Watchers should bring binoculars if possible.
