POTSDAM – Peak-Moment TV, WCK, Time Warner Digital Channel 30, host Janaia Donaldson takes a look at green burials as an environmentally-conscious alternative on March 10-11 at 7 p.m.
Her guest is Brandy Gallagher of O.U.R. Ecovillage, who says, "I want to die and be returned to the earth so that I have the least harmful impact? Not just to live that way but to die that way. I’d like to become the compost for a beautiful tree that bears fruit to feed the next generation."
She relates how land trusts are protecting land for future generations by providing spaces for green burials.
