POTSDAM -- The Potsdam Public Library, 2 Park St., will offer three sessions of “Every Hero Has A Story Summer Reading Camp” for ages 5-10.
Sessions are planned July 13-17, July 27-31 and Aug. 10-14 from 10:30 a.m. to noon. The camp will explore the lives of heroes, from the extraordinary to the everyday variety. New to the library this summer is “Camp Into the Woods,” a collaboration between the library and the Community Performance Series.
The three-day camp, for 9-12 year olds, will be at the library, from 10 a.m. until noon, July 7-9.
The program will explore stories behind Stephen Sondheim and James Lapin’s popular musical, “Into The Woods,” including time with the actual actors and a visit to the set. Space is limited to twenty attendees. All library camps are free however registration is required.
