POTSDAM – Potsdam Public Library will once again be offering its "Love Your Library, Love Your Neighbor" program.
The month of February is "National Love Your Library Month."
To celebrate, PPL staff will waive all overdue fines in return for a donation of products to the Potsdam Neighborhood Center.
Neighborhood Center Director Sandra Merchant said that all donations would be appreciated but that there is also a strong need for non-food items as well such as tissues, soap, toothpaste, detergent and other hygienic products.
"The library is interested in getting its materials back," said library Director Pat Musante, “and in helping our neighbors, literally; we're in the same building."
