The Potsdam Public Library, 2 Park St., is offering three computer courses in September.

"File and Folder Management on your PC Computer" - Sept. 16, 2 to 3:30 p.m. Class covers creation of files and folders, how and where to save them and other aspects of file management, including how to move files from one place to another and how to copy from one document to another. If interested in learning to manage digital photos or learning to use Dropbox, this class will give skills needed to participate in those classes. "Managing Your Digital Photos" - Sept. 23, 2 to 3:30 p.m. This class covers the basics of storing and organizing digital photos on a PC laptop. Learn to create files and move photos on a computer, as well as retrieve photos from a camera or smartphone. If time permits, the class will cover sending and receiving photos via email, provided students already have an email account. Bring a laptop and power cable, as well as digital camera or smartphone (with USB and power cables). Basic computer skills are required. "Internet Basics" – Sept. 30, 2 to 3:30 p.m. For those who barely know what the internet is, and want to learn to use it. Class will cover what the internet is, what it is used for, and the different ways to access it. The class will also go over how to do some basic things online.
