POTSDAM -- The Local Living Venture will host "Nutritious Delicious! Learn How to Bake (and Convert Your Favorite Recipes) with Whole Foods & Real Sugars." Workshop presenter Paula Youmell, R.N., local author and Certified Health Education and Lifetime Wellness/Fitness Teacher, has worked in the areas of holistic health, healing and whole foods for twenty-plus years.
The workshop will be held Wednesday, Dec. 9 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
This event is part of a cooking seminar series that focuses on beginning to advanced skills and knowledge. An RSVP is necessary due to limited space availability, with a limit of 15 attendees.
