Fidelis Care representatives Brittany Matice and Patricia Marks-Conger will answer questions on how you may qualify for quality, affordable health coverage.
Fidelis Care offers products including Medicaid Managed Care, Child Health Plus, Medicare Advantage and Dual Advantage, Managed Long Term Care and Qualified Health Plans through NYS of Health.
