POTSDAM -- The Potsdam Food Co-op, 24 Elm St., will feature three offerings at the “Third Thursday Tasting” Nov. 21 from 3 to 6 p.m. In honor of the holiday season, a cranberry sauce and an apple, cranberry and orange relish will be offered.
The relish was prepared by the Carriage House Deli, with cranberries from Deer River Cranberries, Brasher Falls. Shoppers can also sample three handmade artisan cheeses from Meier's Artisan Cheese in Fort Covington.
The last offering will be “Dad's Cardamom” from Three Twins Ice Cream.
The organic ice cream is made with only six ingredients and no artificial colors, flavors or stabilizers.
