POTSDAM -- The Potsdam Food Co-op will host a food sampling featuring Kanokwan Curry Paste July 16 from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.
A product of Thailand, these Curry Pastes are created by a husband and wife team who know how to use the rich and full flavor of Thai spices to create authentic Thai cuisine. Each paste has a unique signature – in flavor, color, and aroma. They are easily prepared by the home cook by simply mixing the paste with a can of coconut milk. Curry Paste is wonderful served over grains, noodles, vegetables, or meat.
The Co-op will have four different curries available for sampling: Green Curry Paste, Panang Curry Paste, Massaman Curry Paste, and Yellow Curry Paste.
The Potsdam Food Co-op & Carriage House Bakery and Deli is located at 24 Elm Street.
