POTSDAM -- The Potsdam Food Co-op, 24 Elm St., will host the final “Fabulous February Sampling” Thursday, Feb. 27 from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.
A variety of small batch, freshly prepared dips from the co-op's Carriage House Deli will be featured.
Dips will include a Buffalo chicken wing dip, a spinach artichoke dip, and a veggie dill dip.
The chicken dip is made with locally, humanely raised chicken, and the spinach dip is made with organic spinach.
