Learn about women in history at Eben’s Hearth March 27 as part of Women’s History Month activities sponsored by AAUW at the A. A. Kingston Middle School.
POTSDAM -- Eben’s Hearth restaurant will use placemats created by fifth graders at A. A. Kingston Middle School as part of Women’s History Month Wednesday, March 27.
Students designed and colored the placemats as part of a history project to celebrate women’s history.
One student from each fifth grade homeroom will have lunch at Eben’s Hearth with AAUW members and AAK staff at 11 a.m. March 27.
The project, sponsored by the St. Lawrence County Branch of the American Association of University Women (AAUW), has been a staple at Eben’s Hearth in March for many years.
