POTSDAM -- The Potsdam Community Wide Sales have been scheduled for August 18-20.
The Potsdam Chamber of Commerce will compile a list of the sales with a simple map.
“There is no cost to have your sale included in the list,” stated Potsdam Chamber Executive Director Marylee Ballou, “but information needs to be given to the chamber by August 14 to make the printing deadline.”
Those wishing to list a sale can contact the chamber office via potsdamchamber@slic.com or by calling 315-274-9000.
Information needed includes: Address of sale, days and time of sale, and contact name and phone number in case there are further questions.
“We can also mention a few items or types of items available at your sale to help guide interested shoppers to your location,” Ballou added.
The list will be made available for shoppers starting the afternoon of Aug. 15 at the chamber office, 24 Market St. When the office is closed, the copies will be hung outside the door.
The chamber also plans to have a downloadable copy of the list on the chamber’s website www.potsdamchamber.com as well.
