POTSDAM -- Treat Mom to some Bach on Mothers' Day at the Potsdam Community Chorus' performance of JS Bach's 'Magnificat' and Cantatas No. 10 and 147. The 3 p.m. Sunday, May 8 concert in Hosmer Concert Hall on the SUNY Potsdam campus is free and everyone is invited to attend.
Musical director Dr. Jeff Francom of the Crane School of Music will conduct the community chorus as it completes its 10th anniversary year with this performance. Also featured are the Crane Hosmer Singers and members of the Crane Symphony Orchestra, as well as soloists and student conductors.
