A few of the 78 items in the Potsdam Chamber Spring Auction.
POTSDAM -- The Potsdam Chamber of Commerce’s spring auction has begun.
The auction features 78 items, a list of which can be seen at www.northcountrynow.com/2013-potsdam-chamber-auction.
Items will also be displayed on the chamber’s facebook page and at the chamber office until May 7, when they will be displayed at the chamber’s spring luncheon.
Bids will be accepted through May 7 at 1:30 p.m. Bids may be placed by email, mail, fax or visiting the office at 24 Market St.
“We have some awesome items in the auction,” said Executive Director Marylee Ballou. “Our members have been very generous, and the variety of items is very broad and offers, I think, something for everyone or something they can give as a gift.”
All proceeds will support the Potsdam Summer Festival. New festival entertainment will include variety performer Stephen Gratto Saturday, July 13 and Cubby Clown & Company Friday, July 12.
