POTSDAM -- The Carriage House Bakery opens its doors Sunday, Dec. 7 from noon until 3 p.m. for the 17th annual Holiday Baking Fest and Silent Auction.
On this day the bakery is transformed into a holiday cafe, one where you can taste before you buy, with an assortment of home made cakes, cookies, pies, and savory treats, coffee, tea, or hot cider.
Attendees can also bid in the silent auction for the uncut duplicate of your favorite entry to take home and enjoy.
All proceeds from the auction benefit the Potsdam Neighborhood Center.
