POTSDAM -- A book discussion group sponsored by the St. Lawrence County Branch of the American Association of University Women will discuss “The Dirty Life: On Farming, Food and Love” by Kristen Kimball Wednesday, Sept. 12 at noon in the Potsdam Public Library.
The book chronicles the true story of a young couple who build a community cooperative farm on 500 acres in the Lake Champlain area. Next month’s book for discussion on Oct. 10 is “Unbroken” by Laura Hillenbrand.
