OGDESBURG – “PJs 4 Xmas” will host a dance-a-thon for kids in grades five through 12 at the Ogdensburg Dobisky Center, 100 Riverside Ave., Jan. 2 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Admission will be $2 at the door.
Participants must be signed in for 11 a.m. to receive a number, to compete for prizes. Students can wear or donate a pair or pajamas.
A donation will give participants an entry into drawing for a prize. The grand prize is a seven-inch Android Tablet.
Sponsoring the event and donating prizes include: Meyers Pub, Jrecks, Big Cheese, Buster's, High Maintenance Hair Studio, Wal-Mart, Dixie Lee, Stewart's, Ogdensburg Bowl, The Dirty Gringo, Verizon Wireless, and Doughnut King Restaurant.
DJ Kenny Chase will provide music. Concessions will be with all proceeds from concessions to benefit the Class of 2014 Project Graduation.
Volunteers from PJs 4 Xmas and special quest will judge the event.
