COLTON -- The Colton Wesleyan Church, 4852 State Highway 56, is sponsoring a pizza sale and pie-making contest as part of the Colton Winterfest Activities.
The pizza sale will be held in the cafeteria of the Colton-Pierrepont Central School Friday, Jan. 23 from 2 to 7 p.m.
It will include whole pizzas, pizza slices, soda and bottled water. Pre-orders are welcome.
All pies for the pie-making contest must be homemade from scratch and will be judged for overall appearance, taste, crust, and creativity.
Entry forms and a $5 entry fee per pie must be received by Nora Buckley in the school cafeteria by 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 21.
Pies must be delivered to the school cafeteria by 3 p.m. Friday, Jan. 23 and winners will be announced at 4 p.m. that day.
All proceeds will benefit the Colton Wesleyan Church.
