CANTON -- The Canton Recreation Department hosts a free Aquafina Major League Baseball Pitch, Hit & Run Competition for area youth at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 5 at the Ike Noble Fields in Canton.
This free competition is for girls and boy in age divisions 7/8, 9/10, 11/12, and 13/14.
The individual pitching, hitting and running champions, along with the all-around champion in each age group will be awarded and advance to the sectional competition.
All participants must bring a copy of their birth certificates and fill out a registration and waiver form. More info: 386-3992 or canton.recreation@yahoo.com.
