CANTON -- A pig roast and open house is planned for May 14 at noon at the Canton VFW Post 1231, 34 Gouverneur St. Proceeds will be donated to Disabled American Veterans (DAV).
The menu includes pulled pork, coleslaw, salt potatoes, beans, and desserts.
The cost is $10 for adults, $9 seniors, $5 ages 6-1 and free for under age five. There will be music and raffles.
