POTSDAM – The deadline for submissions for the "picture a healthy community" art contest has been extended to Friday, April 28.
St. Lawrence County students in K-12 may enter to win a Kindle Fire; students in private and home-schools may also participate.
Students should create a 2-dimensional piece of art depicting a healthy community.
Entries must be 8.5 by 11 inches with the student's name and contact info on the back, and mailed to Attn: Healthy Communities, SLC Arts, PO Box 252, Potsdam 13676.
Winners will be announced in May.
