MADRID -- The Council of Senior Citizens and Office for the Aging host a senior picnic Friday, July 12 at the community park from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Bingo, 50/50 raffle, games, music, and door prizes will be featured. Gordon Perry will offer an antique car display.
Lunch will include hamburgers, hotdogs and salads at noon. Mr. Ding-a-ling will sell ice cream treats.
Leon and Friends will provide country music and fiddle tunes from 1 to 3 p.m.
Other events will include maple syrup production and wool spinning demonstrations.
Information on NYSARC bus routes will be available. Bring a lawn chair. Lunch will be $3 for seniors, $5 for those under age 60.
