POTSDAM -- Pianist Julie Miller will present a tribute concert for composer Keith Gates at 7:30 p.m.Tuesday, Jan. 29 in Crane School of Music’s Snell Music Theater.
Performing with her in the special faculty recital are Robert Young, saxophone; John Ellis, trumpet; Lonel Woods, tenor, and Kenneth Andrews, flute.
The concert is a tribute to Juilliard-trained composer Keith Gates (1948-2007).
Miller has been the editor of Gates' works.
