MASSENA – Pianist Mike Herron will give a concert Friday, Nov. 18 at 7 p.m. in the Massena Central High School auditorium.
Mike is an accomplished musician with a Christian message who has been performing for 40 years in many different nations and venues.
In the past 8 years alone he has performed in Jordan, Egypt, Dubai, Syria, Lebanon, Turkey as well as many European and Asian nations.
Following his performance in Massena he will be performing his "Prince of Peace" concert at United Nations Hall (The Unesco Hall) in Beirut, Lebanon on Dec. 5.
The concert style of music is varied; there will be some classical pieces (Chopin and Debussy), contemporary artistic piano music that he has written and recorded. There will also be piano solos with accompaniment tracks from his new album which includes jazz, big band, classical, light rock.
Mike will also do a couple of contemporary worship songs and Christmas songs as it is a Christmas 'Peace' concert.
The concert is free, however, donations will be accepted for the Food Pantries of Massena.
