NORWOOD – A pharmacy technician training program will be offered beginning March 4 at the BOCES Adult Learning Center, 7725 St. Hwy. 56. Classes will meet Tuesday’s and Thursday’s from 5 to 9 p.m.
The course is a 120-hour training program that will prepare participants for entry-level employment in a retail pharmacy, hospitals, drug stores and nursing homes.
The course pre-requisites are: high school diploma or equivalent and a qualifying score on an entrance exam.
