PARISHVILLE -- The first Wounded Warrior Outdoor Adventures Warrior Challenge Run is set for Saturday, Sept. 19 at Clarkson University’s Seven Springs in Parishville.
This will be the first running of a race that organizers hope will become an annual event.
The 5K course will have 10 to 12 obstacles on mountainous terrain. Racers are warned that they will get muddy. Racers will start in waves, at 9, 10 and 11 a.m. and at noon.
A party to follow the race will include beer, bands, food and fun, starting at about 2 p.m.
Cost per person is $60.
All participants will receive a participant gift bag and VIP access to the party.
