PARISHVILLE – The Parishville Volunteer Fire Department has set their 16th Annual Rabbit Hunt for Saturday, Feb. 4 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Entry fee is $20.

Registration starts at the Parishville Firemen’s Field Hall at 6 a.m. Hunters can pre-register at Parishville Kunoco, Stockholm Village Market, and Potsdam Northwood Outfitters from Jan. 27 to Feb. 3. Mail-in registrations can be sent to Brian Phillips, 1127 Old Potsdam-Parishville Rd., Potsdam, NY 13676 before Jan. 30.

Prizes, based on 250 entries, are 20 guns for qualified winning hunters who show a cottontail or snowshoe rabbit. Guns and door prizes in total are worth more than $6,000.
