OGDENSBURG -- The Frederic Remington Art Museum is hosting a POGA (painting yoga party) Friday, March 10 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Dobisky Visitors’ Center, 100 Riverside Ave.

Join the museum for guided painting activity, wine tasting, light refreshments and a yoga class suitable for all experience levels. Participants must bring their own yoga mat or substitute.

Cost is $20 for members, $25 for non-members and $20 students. Price includes yoga, painting materials, wine tasting (non-alcohol beverage for students), and light snacks. Space is limited to 30 people.

At 6 p.m., Certified Yoga Teacher Carlos Alfonso Lopez of Sherman Inn will lead a gentle yoga class. At 7 p.m. River Myst Winery will offer a wine tasting demonstration. Additional wine will be for sale. Light refreshments will be served.

At 7:15p.m. participants will be guided through a step-by-step art project by Abigail McLagan, artist/instructor from Create Yourself Art Studios.
