Blue Carreker, the Upstate Campaign Manager for the NY Campaign for Paid Family Leave and a statewide campaign manager for Citizen Action of New York State, will speak at the Potsdam Town Hall Community Room from 3:30-5 p.m. Oct. 30.
Carreker will provide clear information about who qualifies, for what benefits, and for what needs, and how similar benefit programs have helped working families in other states and countries.
