OGDENSBURG -- The next installment of the “Make a Masterpiece” program at the Frederic Remington Art Museum, 323 Washington St., will cover Pablo Picasso Tuesday, April 16 from 3 to 5 p.m.
The book “Just Behave, Pablo Picasso,” by Jonah Winter, will be read. Kids will then use pastels and stylized techniques to create a portrait of a woman without regard to proportion or perspective.
