POTSDAM – The St. Lawrence County Arts Council will hold the opening reception for a new exhibit by photographer James Bullard Saturday, April 16 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the gallery, 51 Market St.
A photographer for over fifty years, Bullard revisits his aesthetic roots in this exhibit of his black and white photographs.
