POTSDAM -- The SLC Arts Council, 41 Elm St., will host a series of two open sessions with seamstress Mary G. Holland of MaryGwyneth Fine Wearable Art from 1 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 3 and Saturday, Sept. 10.
Holland will be available to assist participants with problems and give advice while participants work on personal projects.
Sewing machines, an ironing board and an iron will be available to share. Participants must supply their own projects, materials, notions and tools.
The cost of the sessions is $29 for members and $36 for non-members and participants are welcome to attend one or both sessions.
