POTSDAM -- The St. Lawrence County Arts Council will hold a second open crafts night Thursday, Nov. 15 from 6 to 8 p.m.

Participants can bring works-in-progress and supplies to the second floor of downtown Snell Hall, 41 Elm St., in room 229.
