GOUVERNEUR -- The Gouverneur Fire Department’s third open-boundary ice fishing derby takes place Saturday, Feb. 20.
Registration will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. at the fire station on Friday, Feb. 19 and at 4 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 20.
The fee is $15 for adults and $10 for under age 16.
All fish must be entered by 4:30 p.m.
Ice augers, jet sleds and many other prizes will be awarded. Prizes will be drawn at the station at 5 p.m.
All Northern pike entered must be at least 18 inches.
There will be a gun raffle and 50/50 raffle.
All events take place at the fire station.
