MASSENA -- Wilson Bickford will offer a hands-on-instructional course of oil painting for Massena senior citizens Jan. 12 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

All supplies are provided for $40.

The class is at the Massena Community Center, 61 Beach St. in the Left-Senior Wing of the building.
