OGDENSBURG -- The Frederic Remington Museum will host a maple sugar day on March 7 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
There will be maple products for sale including molded sugar, cream, granulated sugar, syrup and packaged gifts.
It will include free hot chocolate and light refreshments.
There will be readings at 11:15 a.m. and 2 p.m. of “Grandpa’s Sugarbush” and “Curious George Makes Maple Syrup.”
Free kids’ art activities will follow at 11:45 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
Admission is $9 for adults, $8 for students ages 16 and up and free for museum members, volunteers, Ogdensburg residents and free for children age 15 and under. AAA members get $1 off.
