OGDENSBURG — A state trooper based out of Ogdensburg will be one of 12 to graduate from Canine Handler Basic School in Albany Thursday, Oct. 8.
Trooper Dustin J. Clary of Troop B in Ogdensburg will be honored at 1 p.m. at the academy at the State Office Campus.
The 12 graduates include members from the state police, Schenectady Police Department and Warren County Sheriff’s Office.
