CANTON – “PJ’s 4 XMAS” will begin their fifth-year of fundraising efforts Oct. 12 with a bottle drive at Sholette’s Bottle Redemption, Miner St., and the Price Chopper parking lot, Main St. Both drives will run from noon to 4 p.m.
The events are organized by Camille and Abigail Marshall and their goal is to provide children with pajamas to wear by Christmas Eve.
They have provided 5,531 kids with pajamas since 2009 and raised over $17,400 in aid to Hurricane Sandy relief.
