OGDENSBURG -- The Ogdensburg Pee Wee Football Association will be accepting sign-ups for players ages 5-12 through Thursday, Sept. 1 for the upcoming fall season. Leagues are open to boys and girls and there are no residency requirements.
Age designations are based on the player's age as of Sept. 1.
The beginner Nerf league is for players ages five and six and does not include tackling or pads.
Registration is $25 per child with a family maximum of $100 for Nerf league players only. The league begins on Tuesday, Sept. 13 and games will be held in the Greenbelt Park on Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m. and Saturday mornings at 9 a.m. through Tuesday, Oct. 11.
The Mini league is for players ages seven through nine and includes full pads and tackling.
The Bigs league is for players ages 10 through 12 and includes full pads and tackling.
Registration for both the Mini and Bigs leagues is $75 for the first child, $45 for the second and $25 for the third with a family maximum of $145 for any combination of leagues.
Games are normally played at Montroy Park on Sundays and occasionally on Wednesdays. Coaches will determine practice locations and times.
