OGDENSBURG -- Ogdensburg’s GreenMarket opened Saturday with the annual Mother’s Day Market.
Twelve vendors set up with a variety of spring greens, green onions, asparagus, rhubarb and eggs.
There was a wide variety of tomato plants and other vegetable seedlings as well as flower bedding plants, hanging baskets, and over 100 different herbs.
Home baked pies, breads, granola, do-nut muffins, fudge, jewelry, all natural soaps, handcrafted baskets and doll clothes and matted photography rounded out the market.
The Wednesday market will open for the season tomorrow, May 16, on the corner of Route 37 and Linden Street.
