OGDENSBURG -- Ogdensburg Free Academy Class of 2018 Project Graduation will hold their first meeting on Sunday, Sept 17, at 6 p.m. at the Dobisky Center in Ogdensburg.
Members of the OFA Class of 2018 and their parent/guardians are welcome to attend.
Project Graduation was started in Maine by the Oxford Hills community after seven of twelve teen deaths during the commencement season of 1979 were related to driving under the influence of alcohol.
Project Graduation was developed as a chemical-free party and adopted through-out the country to ensure new graduates had an opportunity to celebrate in a safe, fun environment.
