OGDENSBURG -- The Greater Ogdensburg Chamber of Commerce’s annual Lighting Contest will be held Dec. 16 beginning at 6 p.m.
Judging will be done in the following categories: Best Holiday Spirit, Traditional, Religious and People’s Choice. Each category will have a first place and a second place winner.
First place winners receive $100 and second place winners receive $25. The People Choice winners will receive $50 for each.
The Chamber judges will leave the parking lot of North Country Savings Bank at 6 p.m. on in their “Holiday Special” bus.
Those who wish to join on the bus, can do so for a $5 fee.
Call the Chamber office at 393-3620 to make a reservation. The tour will stop at all the homes on the list, judging every entry as we stop at each place.
The People’s Choice Award is voted on by those who ride along with the tour.
