OGDENSBURG -- The St. Lawrence County Office for the Aging will offer a three-week free arthritis program for senior citizens.
Classes will be held at the Dobisky Center, 100 Riverside Ave., Wednesdays, May 22, May 29 and June 5 from 10 to 11:30 a.m.
Topics will include communication, exercise, diet, dealing with pain and the psychological aspects of having a chronic condition like arthritis.
Arthritis Foundation volunteer Ada Santaferra will instruct.
