The matinee series highlights new and classic movies at the admission-free Hawkins Point Visitors Center and Boat Launch in Massena.
The movies will be shown at 1:30 p.m. in the visitors center auditorium.
Free popcorn will also be available.
The movie schedule is as follows:
• Jan. 7: “Charlie St. Cloud” (2010). A young man forms a unique connection to the afterlife, when he survives the tragic car accident that claimed his younger brother, in this supernatural drama starring Zac Efron, based on the best-selling book by author Ben Sherwood.
• Jan. 14: “Eat Pray Love” (2010). Liz Gilbert (Julia Roberts) is a modern woman on a quest to marvel at and travel the world while discovering and reconnecting with her true inner-self.
• Jan. 21: “The In Laws” (1979). A mild-mannered dentist is about to marry off his daughter though he's never met the boy's father. When the father of the groom comes to dinner, he brings with him weird behavior and an international plot that involves stolen plates for U.S. currency.
