Norwood Public Library to hold 'LibraryPalooza' on Saturday

NORWOOD -- The Norwood Public Library is hosting its second "LibraryPalooza" on June 14 from noon to 4 p.m.

There will be live music from Animal Crackers and Stringfolk and storytelling from Todd Moe and Ginger Sweeney.

Kids will be able to participate in various activities and crafts dealing with the library's summer reading theme "Fizz Boom Read!"

There will be face painting, cake walks and raffles throughout the day. Local businesses The Lobster House, Northwoods Furniture, Bows & Bandanas, Ashley House, Main Street Chocolates, Time Quest Mini Golf and the Hometown Café have donated prizes.

The Grub Tub from Canton will sell hot dogs, hamburgers, ice cream and drinks.

The Friends of the Library will hold a book sale inside.
