NORWOOD -- The Norwood Public Library Board of Trustees will hold an election for new trustees Nov. 19 at the Norwood Public Library, 1 Morton St., from 7 a.m. through 8 p.m.
Terms to be filled are three, three year terms commencing Dec. 1, 2013 and ending Nov. 30, 2016, and one, one year term beginning on Dec. 1, 2013 and ending Nov. 30, 2014.
Candidates running for the three-year terms are Leonard Halpern, Kathy Hartman and Raelee Simcox.
Sheila Burns is running for the one-year term.
Qualified voters need be a citizen of the United States, age eighteen or older, and a resident of the Norwood Public Library District, which includes the towns of Potsdam and Stockholm that lay within the Norwood-Norfolk School district, for at least thirty days preceding the vote.
