Admission for kids age 4 and older is $5 each. Adults and kids age 3 and under get in for free.
Led by youth program instructors in our area, kids can try various fitness methods such as Zumba, hockey, tae kwon do and others.
To encourage kids to try everything, they can participate in a "Get Fit Scavenger Hunt" with prizes for the first 100 finishers. There will be an obstacle course, crafts, character appearances, snack bar, and a silent auction and raffle with items geared towards families.
The event benefits the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, in honor of seven-year-old Claire Nezezon of Norwood.
Last year, the event raised $5,100 with the generous support of the community and local business.
