NORWOOD – The Norwood Public Library, 1 Morton St., will host a polar express themed costume-making workshop Nov. 30 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Participants will make costumes to represent the library at the Dec. 14 holiday parade in Norwood.
Costumes to be made include: ornaments, presents, hot cocoa cups, a book and a train.
Adults and children are eligible to participate.
