NORWOOD -- The Norwood American Legion Auxiliary Post 68 will distribute poppies May 22 throughout the Norwood community at various businesses.
Distributing the bright red memorial flower to the public is one of the oldest and most widely recognized programs of the American Legion Auxiliary, the club said.
The Poppy Program raises community awareness and respect for veterans, the Legion said.
