NORWOOD -- Several courses will be offered in April at the Norwood Adult Education Center, 7227 State Highway 56.
A Home Health Aid equivalency course will take place April 13-15 from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. The cost is $163 with a CNA prerequisite.
A phlebotomy technician course is set for Tuesday and Thursdays from April 14 through June 24 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. The cost is $1,038 plus $93.69 for textbooks and $105 for national certification.
A welding III course will be held from April 22 through June 17 in Wednesdays from 5 to 9 p.m. The cost is $493.
A nurse assistant course will take place Monday through Thursday from April 27 through June 15 from 4 to 9 p.m. The cost is $1,242 plus $77.99 for textbooks and $115 for state testing.
TASC readiness assessment class is planned for April 8 from 4 to 8 p.m. and April 16 from noon to 4 p.m.
